All ARTIC Tiles Division products are manufactured to strict quality control standards in conformity with international design and specification standards.

ARTIC Quality Control research for new materials and develops improved materials that would comply with the specifications, pass all attributed test methods and process related to the quality and safe use of materials; establishes quality assurance by continually conducting sampling, inspections and testing of the purchased materials.

ARTIC Quality Control provides laboratory and technical support to Client’s requirements. Process controls, inspection methods and techniques needed in achieving compliancy to any standards requested.

Whereever and when needed, ARTIC Quality Control performs statistical analysis and operational research studies as requested by Client.

ARTIC Quality Control always maintains safety and properly disposing potentially hazardous used waste materials. Keeps environment healthy.

ARTIC Quality Control only secure from an independent company for the quality and testing reports as requested to comply accordance with Clients Specifications.

ARTIC is always keeping abreast of the current technology relating to quality systems and information media. Training employees and simulation of machineries enables ARTIC to reach the goal of quality control and assurance.

Purchasing and Raw Material Sourcing.

ARTIC Tiles Division uses only the highest quality raw materials in the production process, the majority of which are purchased locally and delivered to ARTIC’s factory in Riyadh. Each raw material is stored in individual bays at the back of the factory or in silos ready for mixing in the batch plants.

In manufacturing its terrazzo tile products, ARTIC Tiles Division purchases within Saudi Arabia and consumes monthly approximately 1800 tons of white cement, 3,000 tons of marble chips, 2,100 tons of marble powder, 1,200 tons of Grey cement, and 1,100 tons of stone gravel per month. The majority of raw materials purchased locally are quarried in the Jeddah and Madina areas and transported to Riyadh. In addition, ARTIC Tiles Division imports from Germany approximately 120 tons per annum of pigments of various colors.

Research and Development Department:

ARTIC Research and Development Department is renowned for its ability to innovate and introduce new products on a regular basis, which keep it ahead of its competitors. In recent years, ARTIC Research Development Department has introduced many new designs which offer customers an unrivalled range from which to choose.

In the past year, ARTIC has reinforced its ability to innovate by being the first terrazzo tile manufacturer in Saudi Arabia to introduce circular tiles, rounded aggregate tiles and the elongated 30 x 60 tile…etc, in addition to expanding its range of patterned "boutique" tiles.

Many new products are now under study, such as seashell tiles, lightweight tiles, insulated tiles. Sometimes ARTIC cooperates with King Fahd and King Saud University Research & Development Departments to develop products that fit the Saudi market and also to introduce technically superior products.

Most recently, we have pioneered the Quadro Tiles System, the 3D Tiles System and the Classico Tiles System. All of which were applicable to Terrazzo and Cement Products. Application of variational colors have distinguished the beauty and extravagance of the Tiles System.
